The Ace Hotels

While working in-house at Atelier Ace, Poplar Design’s founder served as Corporate Director of Operating Supplies & Equipment, overseeing OS&E for new openings including Ace Kyoto, Brooklyn, Toronto, and Sydney. She worked closely with design, operations, and housekeeping teams to develop custom uniforms, guest amenities, and accessories that brought each property's narrative to life. Her approach emphasized sustainability and craftsmanship, often partnering with local makers and artists to produce site-specific pieces. She played a key role in translating brand identity into thoughtful, operationally sound guest experiences across the Ace portfolio.
